Choose a design that feels like you, select the available size and colour, then place your order. Our fulfilment partners print your garment after you order and arrange delivery. This made-to-order approach means there may be a production period before dispatch.

Production and shipping are two separate stages. Printing typically takes several business days, and delivery time depends on the selected product, destination and carrier. We’ll send an order confirmation and provide tracking once your parcel is dispatched.

Ordering for a birthday or event? Contact us before ordering with the date and postcode. We’ll help with available information, but can’t promise a rush arrival.

Available delivery options, shipping charges and any current free-shipping promotion are shown in your cart and at checkout. Eligibility can depend on your order and delivery address. Please check the final total before payment; a promotional banner is not a substitute for the checkout quote.

Look for your dispatch email and follow its tracking link. If you haven't received an update, check your junk folder and email hello@fridayfeels.com.au with your order number.

Most orders are fulfilled on demand. If products are produced or dispatched from different locations, your items may arrive in separate parcels. Any available tracking details will help you follow each shipment.

Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number. Because production can start soon after checkout, changes or cancellations cannot always be made once an order has entered fulfilment.

Our garments come from different manufacturers, so an S or M may fit differently between products. Keep the labelled size and compare the product's garment measurements in centimetres instead of assuming that a US size converts to a different AU size.

Lay a tee you love flat and compare chest width (A) and body length (B) with the size chart on the product page.

Tip: if you're between sizes, compare the measurements with a favourite tee rather than guessing.

Many of our everyday graphic tees are unisex with a classic fit. Available sizes and colours vary by product; some styles offer an extended size range. Please use the options and measurements on the specific product page rather than assuming every design is available in every size.

Turn it inside out, use a gentle cold wash with similar colours, and air dry when possible. Avoid bleaching or ironing directly over the design. Always follow the care label on your garment, as instructions vary with fabric and print method.

Please email hello@fridayfeels.com.au with your order number, a description and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and explain the appropriate remedy. Nothing in our policies limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

As garments are generally printed to order, change-of-mind and size-exchange options can differ from remedies for faulty products. Contact us before posting anything back so we can confirm the current eligibility, timing and return instructions for your item. Check the information provided with the item and at checkout for any applicable return offer.

Yes, the printed apparel in our current range is generally produced after you place an order. This helps avoid holding large quantities of unsold finished designs, although production, packaging and delivery still have an environmental impact.

FridayFeels is a Sydney-based Australian brand working with print-on-demand fulfilment partners. The print location, fabric composition, certifications and packaging can vary by garment and provider. We don't promise every product is zero-waste, plastic-free or locally manufactured. Check the individual product details or ask us for information on a specific tee.

Selected matching sets are available now in our Bundles collection. A full self-service custom design studio isn't available yet, but you're welcome to email us with a design or group-order enquiry. We'll tell you what we can realistically arrange before any commitment.

Gift cards aren't part of our confirmed current offering. We're exploring more gifting options; in the meantime, browse our graphic tees and matching bundles.

That’s the idea behind Be Our Face. If you love your tee, you can enquire about sharing a photo wearing it. We will explain how submissions are handled and ask for permission before using selected images on our website or marketing channels. Sending a photo does not guarantee it will be featured.

For children’s photos, a parent or guardian must provide appropriate permission. You can enquire through our Be Our Face email.
